Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, optimizing financial performance, and informing strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the retail channel.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate retail 4-wall store performance, including sales, margins, payroll expenses, and profitability.
  • Partner with retail operations to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • MBA or CPA.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on retail or consumer goods.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Excel and financial planning software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
