We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inhalation Therapist to join our team at the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As an Inhalation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to improve the health and well-being of our community.
About the Role
As an Inhalation Therapist, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital setting, providing cardiorespiratory care and inhalation therapy to patients. You will be responsible for:
- Providing patient care and education on inhalation therapy and cardiorespiratory health
- Assisting with anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Inhalation Therapy from a recognized institution
- Membership in the Order of Inhalation Therapists of Quebec (OPIQ)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
