Key Responsibilities:- Business Leadership: Translate company vision into actionable plans, communicate effectively with team members, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
- Operational Excellence: Implement the Branch Network strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and balance operating expenses with service levels.
- Talent Management: Foster a positive work environment, develop team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Post-secondary education and relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong business acumen, including financial management and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (an asset).
- Bilingual in French and English (where applicable).
