Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing branch staff, ensuring superior performance in all key areas, with a particular focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Establish and control key performance measurements with respect to inventory levels, cylinder control, truck routing, and other fixed assets to ensure the financial viability of the branch.
- Staff Management: Manage branch staff through effective communication, coaching, and team building to achieve superior performance in all key areas.
- Product and Sales Training: Provide product and basic sales training for branch staff to ensure effective customer service.
- A college diploma or working towards one, preferably in Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time pressure.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in SAP.
- Experience managing employees.
- Computer application knowledge of Word and Excel (asset).
- Knowledge of the gas and welding industry (asset).
