**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in the assigned branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, product promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Analyze sales and service performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and navigate complex situations.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, customer service standards, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
