- Prepare dough for various baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following recipes or custom orders.
- Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
- Handle special requests and custom orders efficiently.
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items with creativity.
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely output.
- Maintain product quality to meet established standards.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Operate baking machinery and equipment safely.
- Comprehensive dental plan.
