Role Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Delivery Representative. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers, and providing expert product knowledge to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Rivian customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring the delivery experience to meet their individual requirements.
  • Support new and existing customers as a Rivian product expert, providing in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and features.
  • Execute local registration documents with customers during delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Be resourceful and proactive in resolving customer queries and concerns, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to ensure vehicle standards and operational processes are consistently met.
  • Complete additional work and tasks as requested by the leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support customer needs.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug test.
  • No history of driving-related incidents or suspensions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses, if required.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a notary license within the first 90 days of employment.
