We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Delivery Representative. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers, and providing expert product knowledge to our customers.
Responsibilities- Engage with Rivian customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring the delivery experience to meet their individual requirements.
- Support new and existing customers as a Rivian product expert, providing in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and features.
- Execute local registration documents with customers during delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Be resourceful and proactive in resolving customer queries and concerns, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to ensure vehicle standards and operational processes are consistently met.
- Complete additional work and tasks as requested by the leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support customer needs.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug test.
- No history of driving-related incidents or suspensions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses, if required.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a notary license within the first 90 days of employment.
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Empowered self-starter with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with occasional exposure to inclement weather.
- Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong visual acuity and ability to read and interpret documents, including safety instructions and vehicle manuals.
