About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming and dusting surfaces.
  • Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas, such as kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding, with frequent bending, crouching, and standing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
