We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in Barrie and surrounding communities.

About the Role

This is a full-time, part-time, or contractor position available for a registered or working towards registration as a new grad Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will provide services and have the willingness to travel while living in one of the following areas:

Barrie and the surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete general and specialized assessments for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
  • Develop treatment plans with clients
  • Provide client treatment in the clinic, community, home, or workplace
  • Work with clients with various injury or illness, including physical, cognitive, and/or mental health conditions
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO
  • Valid CPR certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
