**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide parking assistance to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Greet all guests with a warm and welcoming smile, promoting our valet parking service and providing clear directions to public parking options if preferred.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering the highest caliber of service to guests throughout their stay, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other items, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager Valet to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Participate in fire drills and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety and security of guests and colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Service Manager Valet or other management staff.

**Requirements**

  • Available to work weekends, evenings, and shift work.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer service focused and able to provide a high level of service to guests.
  • Professional manner and outgoing personality.
  • Valid Driver's License with no infractions.
  • Good command of the English language.

**Physical Aspects of the Position**

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Physical ability to operate a vehicle (foot pedals, gear shift, steering wheel, etc.).
