Position Overview

The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in diagnosing and evaluating issues related to parts and after-sales service for our diverse range of equipment. You will receive comprehensive training on various cleaning devices and engage with a wide array of clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the service and equipment management team, the Customer Support Specialist is tasked with the following duties:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries nationwide, providing effective technical solutions; Investigate customer-reported issues to identify their nature and root causes; Collaborate with service technicians for necessary interventions; Communicate with suppliers, customers, and company personnel regarding warranty policies and merchandise returns; Utilize a database to access pricing and customer information to enhance service efficiency; Process orders within the order management system; Monitor product availability, manage inventory levels, and coordinate timely deliveries; Track orders through to delivery and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, as the position involves interaction with a primarily English-speaking clientele; Basic understanding of mechanics, electromechanics, and electrical systems; Previous experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset; Strong communication skills and a knack for customer service over the phone; Excellent organizational abilities, including effective work methods and time management; A respectful and customer-focused attitude; General familiarity with computer systems, particularly the Microsoft Office suite;
