Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in diagnosing and evaluating issues related to parts and after-sales service for our diverse range of equipment. You will receive comprehensive training on various cleaning devices and engage with a wide array of clients across Canada.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, as the position involves interaction with a primarily English-speaking clientele; Basic understanding of mechanics, electromechanics, and electrical systems; Previous experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset; Strong communication skills and a knack for customer service over the phone; Excellent organizational abilities, including effective work methods and time management; A respectful and customer-focused attitude; General familiarity with computer systems, particularly the Microsoft Office suite;Benefits
