Position Overview

As a Production Team Leader at RN FOAM & FIBERS LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our assembly line. Your leadership will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of production workers engaged in the fabrication, assembly, and inspection of plastic and rubber components.
  • Coordination: Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and align activities with other departments.
