About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This role will support our Store Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our retail arm and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Managers in managing the retail store and team
  • Collaborate with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Set a positive example for store team members and resolve less complex problems

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer-facing roles and experience in supervising others. We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organized, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales
  • Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers
