Job Summary

Z&M Food Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our high standards are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
