As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of security guards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records of security-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead a team of security guards
* Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate coverage
* Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic at the distribution center gatehouse
* Maintain accurate records of security-related activities
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security measures are in place
* Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents or emergencies
* Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Provide training and guidance to security personnel

Requirements:

* Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate
* Proven experience in security supervisor role for at least 1 year
* Minimum of 2 year Security experience, preferably in Distribution Center or commercial tower
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Must be physically fit and able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
* Ability to handle multiple situations and use sound judgment to handle emergency situations
* Must be knowledgeable on various systems including but not limited to CCTV various types, elevators, mechanical alarms, intercom systems, fire and life safety systems, control room system
* Ability to write and compile reports on computer software in a timely manner
