Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the Domain Consultant team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver comprehensive security solutions to our customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with our sales team to engage with customers, understanding their security needs and providing technical guidance to help them achieve their security goals.
  • Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team of Domain Consultants, providing training, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, providing expert advice to our customers and internal stakeholders on the best solutions to meet their security needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and other materials to customers and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the security operations market, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
