Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Analyst to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. as a key member of our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities to ensure they meet the organization's goals, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
