Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Administrative Coordinator** to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily functions within our office environment.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
- Oversee and direct daily operational activities.
- Plan and organize daily workflows effectively.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and various documents.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional oral communication skills.
- Proficient written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
- Employment type: Permanent.
- Working language: English.
- Standard working hours: 35 hours per week.
