Position Overview

Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated **Administrative Coordinator** to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily functions within our office environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
  • Oversee and direct daily operational activities.
  • Plan and organize daily workflows effectively.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
