Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure that our operations are meeting our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.
  • Work Setting: This position is located in a fast-paced food service establishment, and the successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking, and the successful candidate must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
