About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.

  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient use of staff time.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and efficient use of resources.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to provide accurate and timely reports.
  • Advisory Role: Advise senior management on administrative matters to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints to provide excellent customer service.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
