Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2382935 Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
- Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient use of staff time.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and efficient use of resources.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to provide excellent customer service.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to provide accurate and timely reports.
- Advisory Role: Advise senior management on administrative matters to ensure informed decision-making.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints to provide excellent customer service.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
