About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at ADC Imaging Corp. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, dismantle, clean, and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Supply Management: Prepare and maintain medical supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as coordinate with patients and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Communication: Provide excellent oral communication skills to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
