Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites University. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and maintaining inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
Work Environment

Our fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As an Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
