Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Westin Calgary Airport. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Mentor and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
- Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a leadership housekeeping role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Proficient in English.
