Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
