Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, and performing data entry. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our office is running smoothly and efficiently. If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, are able to multitask, and are highly organized, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will have a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
