We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Arvan Rehab Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients in a long-term care setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating residents with a range of physical impairments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and re-assessments of residents to identify their physical needs and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to residents, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive high-quality care.
  • Document resident progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting is an asset.
