Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team at CAA Club Group. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and executing people strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on HR trends and best practices to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment, employee engagement, and retention.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation, regulations, and labor laws to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- CHRP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- University degree and CHRP or equivalent certification (strongly preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR capacity.
- 3+ years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a competitive marketplace.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives, senior management, and non-executive levels.
