Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a competitive marketplace.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executives, senior management, and non-executive levels.
