About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Champion: Develop in-depth knowledge of our innovative products and educate customers with confidence and charisma.
  • Customer Relationships: Engage authentically with each customer, forming meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to boost store traffic, achieve sales goals, and build brand awareness.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize your network and creativity to reach new customers of legal age.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Contribute to a dynamic environment within a Fortune 500 company.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales and retail experience with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and sales goals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, confident and charismatic, with a natural ability to present and merchandise premium products.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
