Job Summary:

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Academic Domain. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director-Adjointe, coordinating meetings, events, and activities. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director-Adjointe, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and drafting reports.
  • Manage the Director-Adjointe's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  • Prepare and edit various documents, including presentations, reports, and policies.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration, coordination, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
