Key Responsibilities:

* Manage store inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop and implement plans to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage
* Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective inventory management and customer service
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory levels and sales performance

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of retail grocery experience
* Previous managerial or supervisory experience an asset
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build customer loyalty
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
