Mission Centre Law Inc. is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and presentation of cases. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, administering oaths, and conducting research. You will also be responsible for scheduling court trials, arranging pre-trial conferences, and assisting lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining judicial court records, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and drafting legal correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to have a strong understanding of legal software applications and be proficient in MS Office. **Key Responsibilities:**
