Job Summary

SHRI HARI PETROLEUM INC is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
