Retail Store Operations Manager

SHRI HARI PETROLEUM INC is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
