Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Paradise Cannabis. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the overall store environment, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
- Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
