Our PhilosophyWe believe in being a one-stop-shop for our machine shop customers. We achieve this by representing a comprehensive range of products from top suppliers, supported by our full range of services. Our products are available through our locations in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Winnipeg.
We support our clients with in-house service, parts, and training. As an ISO Certified company, we employ a team of 80+ professionals who work hard to satisfy our machine shop customers.
Job Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Grow and manage existing accounts by establishing primary contacts and building relationships
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned sales territory
- Proactively work on marketing campaigns and optimize their effectiveness
- Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to assess their current and future needs and respond promptly
- Actively promote our vendor-managed inventory/integrated supply program
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
