Job Title: Territory Manager/Tooling Outside Sales

Thomas Skinner Inc. is a leading distributor of Industrial Metalworking Products & Machine Shop Supplies in Western Canada.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager/Tooling Outside Sales representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage existing accounts by establishing primary contacts and building relationships
  • Drive sales and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned sales territory
  • Proactively engage with customers to assess their current and future needs and respond promptly
  • Actively promote our vendor-managed inventory/integrated supply program
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Strong relationship-building skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to engage in market feedback and stay current on industry trends
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
