This position is situated in a hospitality setting, specifically within a hotel, motel, or resort.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests upon arrival and efficiently assign rooms.
- Manage group bookings, including arrivals and departures.
- Handle room reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling requests.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Offer insights about local attractions and points of interest.
- Facilitate guest check-outs, calculating charges and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages as necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
