Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Technical Specialist to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and supporting the implementation, transition, and warranty of our HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and apply technical expertise to design and develop solutions.
  • Play a key role in creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code deliverables for HCM modules.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience, with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
  • Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production rollout.
  • Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
  • Experience of at least 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full lifecycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2).
  • Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands-on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
