Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement complex PeopleSoft HCM solutions, including payroll, time and labor, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft HCM with other systems and applications.
- Provide expert-level support for PeopleSoft HCM, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and system diagrams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft HCM releases, patches, and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM, with a focus on payroll and time and labor.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, and PeopleCode.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle databases and related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
