Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing budgets, and developing our team members. If you're a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, labour costs, and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as AGCO regulations.
  • Manage financials, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software programs and ability to manage budgets and labour costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • All In positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
