About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Silver Creek Lodge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change linens to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Wash and iron clothing and linens
    • Mend and repair clothing and linens as needed
    • Stock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
    • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Handle and report lost and found items
    • Assist with shopping for food and household supplies
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
    Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and walk frequently.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
