Cleaning Operations Manager

F.G. Cares Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Recommend additional services, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement, to maintain facilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, such as bending, crouching, and lifting.
