Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

F.G. Cares Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality cleaning services.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
Work Environment:

F.G. Cares Cleaning Services Ltd. is a commercial facility with a fast-paced environment. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be required to work in an office building and interact with clients and staff.
