Cleaning Operations Manager

F.G. Cares Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Recommend additional services to clients as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
