The role of the Cleaning Supervisor at Pocketcash ATM's involves overseeing and coordinating the cleaning activities within various facilities, ensuring a safe and pristine environment for all users.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is essential.
This position is set in a fast-paced atmosphere, where you will be expected to manage tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Identify and recommend additional services such as repairs, renovations, or replacements as necessary.
- Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Physical RequirementsThe role requires physical capabilities such as:
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Performing repetitive tasks.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Dependability and reliability in their work.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Initiative in problem-solving.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
