About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JAG Cleaning Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Site Inspections: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Task Coordination: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including recommending or arranging for additional services required.
  • Payment and Scheduling: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Team Collaboration: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
