Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing regular inspections, testing, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
  • Engage with low voltage wiring and related devices.
  • Adhere to a meticulously organized inspection timetable.
  • Manage the input, retrieval, and archiving of inspection records.
  • Carry out minor repairs with limited oversight.
  • Deliver technical training to fellow inspectors and trainees.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned inspections.
  • Execute additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to accommodate night shifts as needed.
  • Experience with low-voltage electrical systems is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot systems effectively.
  • Capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
