  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a diploma in Fire Protection, Building Mechanics, or Civil Engineering (Professional Engineer designation is a plus);
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience;
  • Familiarity with the standards and regulations related to the design and installation of automatic fire protection systems;
  • Expertise in computer-aided design, particularly with AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is advantageous);
  • Competence in performing hydraulic calculations;
  • Strong proficiency in Windows software applications;
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
