The Role

As a Systems Support Coordinator, you will report to the Associate Dean of Continuing Education. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of student, course, and program data in our student information system. You will also be responsible for administering our learning management system, providing learners and instructors with the necessary access to course spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, course, and program data
  • Administer the learning management system, ensuring learners and instructors have the required access
  • Provide quality service to learners, playing an integral role in the Continuing Education department
