- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
- 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple clients and tasks.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive base salary of $50,000.
