About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in prospecting and bringing new clients to the organization, ensuring our customers have the coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses.

  • RIBO License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset – if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and RIBO would need to be obtained within three months.
